Among the 8 locations where Medieval Times
Show takes place, the one in Orlando is one
of the greatest places to enjoy dinner and tournament.
The castle is located 8 miles from the Walt
Disney World Resort, 10 miles Sea World and
12 miles from Universal Orlando.
King Alphonso the Magnificent invited
six noble nights to compete. The castle
in Orlando was opened in 1983 and The
Grand Ceremonial Arena can house 1100
guests. There is jousting, sword fighting
and the nights fight to win the princesses’
hand. The knights use authentic Middle
Ages weapons.
When entering the arena
the guests receive colored crowns corresponding
to where they are seated and to what knight
they will cheer for. While dinner is served
“medieval style” (with no
silverware) , the show begins. After the
show, the guests can visit The Knight
Club
Before the show you can
tour the Medieval Life village to feel
the real life in the 10 middle Ages cottages.
The entrance costs $48.95
for an adult and $32.95 for a child and
reservations are required.

At the medieval show, there is a seating arrangement
made for more than 1,100 guests at the Grand
Ceremonial Arena. Well it is certainly more
than a mere dinner attraction. You could regard
it as an entrée to a life full of magnificence,
gallantry, spirit and admiration of old and
the routine rupture to life in awe-inspiring
authentic event and fun filled action.
Medieval Times also boasts of the “A Knight
to Remember!” that offers kid the time of
their life and how they wish they could sit there
forever. There was also a “Fundraiser shows
that had taken place in the year 2004, 2005, and
2006. At this event they had accumulated money
in order to donate to the Kids for Safe Shelter
of Osceola County.
