Downtown Disney World

At Walt Disney World Resort in California there is Downtown Disney District, formed of The Marketplace, Pleasure Island and The West Side.

There is no fee to enter Marketplace or West Side but there is a fee to pay to enter Pleasure Island.

To get to Downtown Disney you can go
By Boat – from Old Key West take the boat to Pleasure Island -,
On foot – from all the resorts in Disney Village -,
By Cab – you can get a cab from any Disney hotel or by car .

Downtown Disney World Attractions -
At Downtown Disney Marketplace you can find a lot of places to dine and shop.

You can dine in the middle of the Amazon forest Rainforest Café or eat seafood at Fulton's Crab House and of course, McDonald’s.

As for the shops, you can buy logo toys at LEGO Imagination Center or have your picture taken with an interesting background at Image Capture. Pleasure Island is opened from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. On West End Stage at 11:45 pm every night you can Celebrate New Year's.

The Adventurers Club is one of the most seen places on Pleasure Island, while at Comedy Warehouse there is a different show every night.

8-Trax is a place to enjoy if you like disco music, while Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant is a traditional Irish restaurant and pub.

There are also other places to enjoy like Rock 'n' Roll Beach Club or BET Soundstage Club.

Beside dining and shopping in West Side there is place for fun! At AMC 24 Theatres you can catch the latest movies, while Cirque du Soleil - La Nouba is one of the best shows ever presented at Disneyland.

DisneyQuest is an indoor theme park, where anyone can enjoy playing in virtual reality.
