Typhoon Lagoon is not a typical water park.
The park is set on a tropical island and contains
slides, a slow river and pools. The park has
the largest surf pool (2.5 acre lagoon) and
can send waves up to six foot high. All the waves
originate from Mt. Mayday and the lagoon is
surrounded by real beach send.
